Purchase Agreement

By purchasing from this website the customer agrees they are purchasing products from Advanced Fuel Dynamics, Inc. with the intention of using these products in racing, autocross, track, hobby, or other off-road situations only. Customers understand that some or all of these parts may not comply with federal, state, province, and/or local laws, ordinances, and regulations. Customers take responsibility to ensure that any modifications or upgrades that they have done to their vehicle conform to all applicable laws and regulations for road use, especially pertaining to safety and emissions. Customer acknowledges Advanced Fuel Dynamics, Inc. has made them aware that certain parts are intended for racing and off-road situations and not meant to be used on a road car. They absolve Advanced Fuel Dynamics, Inc. from any and all burden of responsibility in ensuring their car satisfies regulations set forth by federal, state, provincial, and/or local governing agencies.

Product Use

Many parts sold by Advanced Fuel Dynamics, Inc. are intended for off-road use only and may not be legal for street use. AFD makes no representation with respect to the legality for street use of any parts sold or their ability to pass emissions tests in any state. The customer understands that it is his/her sole responsibility to determine applicability of local, state and federal laws and compliance with them prior to using purchased parts on any vehicle driven on the street. AFD makes no representation whatsoever that installation and/or use of parts purchased from AFD will not have a negative effect on any warranty that may exist on customer's vehicle. Customer understands that he/she assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of products purchased from AFD.

Returns

Advanced Fuel Dynamics accepts returns within 30 days of purchase on unopened, unused products only. We do not accept any returns of parts that have been installed. All returned components must be in the original sealed bags. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you need to return one of our products please call 866.902.3835. You will be assigned an RMA number. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA. Used and unbagged parts will not be refunded and can be returned to the customer on request at the cost of shipping

Warranty

Advanced Fuel Dynamics, Inc. warrants to the consumer that all PROFLEX Commander products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from date of the original purchase. Products that fail within this 12-month warranty period will be repaired or replaced at AFD’s option, when determined by AFD that the product failed due to defects in material or workmanship. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the AFD part. In no event shall this warranty exceed the original purchase price of the AFD part nor shall AFD be responsible for special, incidental or consequential damages or cost incurred due to the failure of this product. Warranty claims to AFD must be transportation prepaid and accompanied with dated proof of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of product and is non-transferable. All implied warranties shall be limited in duration to the said 12-month warranty period. Improper use or installation, accident, abuse, unauthorized repairs or alterations voids this warranty. AFD disclaims any liability for consequential damages due to breach of any written or implied warranty on all products manufactured by AFD. Warranty returns will only be accepted by AFD when accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Product must be received by AFD within 30 days of the date the RMA is issued. Undeliverable Shipments

Customer is required to pay for shipping expenses if any shipment from AFD is returned to sender as undeliverable.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes applicable on the importation of any of Advanced Fuel Dynamics product(s). International orders are non-returnable.
